  • Testimonials

I first came across Life Mastery Academy when I was searching online for a RES course to attend.  I have a keen interest in property and being a property investor for the past couple of years, this is a natural progression for me to move into real estate as a salesperson. However, this is totally new to me and I have totally no idea what to expect. Furthermore, after leaving schools for many years, and have not taken any exams since, the thought of having to pass 2 papers makes me kind of nervous. To make matters worse, on the first day of class, we were given 2 big stacks of class notes. I didn't quite expect there were so much things to learn in this course.

Luckily, the 2 LMA trainers, David Cheong and John Yong, were very experience. The classes were conducted in a very professionally manner and the students were always given time to ask questions. There were many lively discussions and I always love the live case studies shared during the class. This is only possible with many years of experience in this profession, and to me, this is something very valuable.

The class notes were very detailed and in my opinion, was instrumental in helping the students to pass the exams. The trainers, especially John Yong, took great effort in summarizing the complicated information residing all over the places into few simple slides. This makes our revision really easy.

Instead of asking us to memorizing the training notes, we were always thrown with different scenarios to analyse. This has benefited me greatly and definitely has given me more confidence in dealing with real lives situations in future.

The 2 most important lessons in the whole course, in my opinion, are the 2 revision classes. The trainers did a good summary of the whole course and went through the important topics.  This has helped me greatly, allowing me to focus on the important areas in various chapters.  I also signed up the optional 2 days intensive revisions which I also highly recommend to all students. The 2 mock exams in the intensive classes are a good preparation for the actual exams.

Throughout the whole course, the trainers were always readily available to the students via a WhatsApp group. The questions we posted there were always answered promptly.

This is my first time taking the RES exam and I am really happy to pass both papers in the first attempt. I would like to thank LMA and trainers in the course for their encouragement and support given to all the students, without which, this would not be possible.

I have attended the RES Course conducted by Life Mastery Academy (LMA) in the month of June/July 2015 and would like to share my experience.

The two coaches, David Cheong and John Yong were very knowledgeable in the subjects and had conducted the program very well. The course materials given to the participants were very clear and detailed and the mock exams conducted prior to the exam prepared the participants to face the exam confidently.

Suffice to say, I passed both the papers in my first attempt in the examination conducted by CEA in the month of August in one sitting and am happy to recommend to anyone who would like to prepare for RES exam to attend the coaching conducted by LMA.
